Group of Dada is an independent software studio and marketing company run by Sudip Pal (sole proprietor), based in Medinipur, West Bengal, India. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Group of Dada. You can reach us at official@groupofdada.com.
The PDF, image and QR tools on this website run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Files you select are read and processed on your own device and are never sent to our servers. When you close the page, they are gone.
The site is a static website hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives technical data needed to deliver the page, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and may keep it in short-term server logs for security and reliability. To load fonts, icons and libraries, your browser also fetches files from Google Fonts, cdn.tailwindcss.com, cdnjs.cloudflare.com and unpkg.com, which receive your IP address as part of that request. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or fingerprinting on this website.
If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send (for example your name, email address or phone number and your message) and use it only to reply and help you. We keep these conversations as long as needed to support you and for our records, and we delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
We run our own Instagram account (@groupofdada_official) and Facebook Page (Group of Dada) with the help of automation that uses Meta's official APIs, and Google's official APIs for our Google Play and YouTube accounts. This automation runs on our own computer and only works on our own accounts.
This data stays in logs on our own computer and in the platforms themselves. We keep these logs only to run and improve our own accounts, we do not sell or share them, and we delete anything about you on request. Your use of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Google Play is also governed by those companies' own privacy policies.
We use the data described above only to run the website and apps, answer you, keep our services secure, and understand and improve our content. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the service providers named in this policy and in each app's policy (for example Vercel, Google and Meta), or when the law requires it.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to official@groupofdada.com. We will reply within 30 days. If you are in India, you have rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use HTTPS, keep processing on your device wherever possible, and store access keys for our own automation only in encrypted storage. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect the data we hold.
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date at the top. For important changes to an app, we will also say so in the app or its store listing.
