These terms are an agreement between you and Group of Dada, a sole proprietorship of Sudip Pal in Medinipur, West Bengal, India ("we", "us"). By using our website or apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
Your files remain yours. Our tools process them on your device, and we claim no rights over them. Please keep your own backups: tools that edit, compress, lock or hide files can change them, and we cannot recover files that exist only on your device.
The Group of Dada name, logos, apps, website and their design are owned by us or our partners and protected by law. You may not copy, resell or redistribute our apps or website except as the law allows. Apps co-published with independent developers remain the developers' intellectual property under their separate agreements with us.
Our apps are currently free. Some apps may later offer paid features, credits or ads. Any price and what you get will be shown clearly before you pay, and payments through Google Play follow Google Play's terms and refund policy.
Our services use and link to third parties such as Google (sign-in, Firebase, Play), Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and the apps you open from a scanned QR code. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or actions.
We work hard to make our tools reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or always available, or that a password can always be recovered.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under law.
You can stop using our services at any time and ask us to delete your data (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend access if you break these terms or the law.
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using our services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal, India, have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
