These terms apply to the AutoReply AI app ("the app") by Group of Dada, a sole proprietorship of Sudip Pal in Medinipur, West Bengal, India ("we", "us"). They add to our company Terms of Service, which also apply. By using the app, you agree to both. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. In these terms, "you" or "the owner" means the person who installs the app and sets it up on their phone.
The app is not made, approved or supported by WhatsApp, Meta or Telegram. It does not use an official WhatsApp or Telegram API. It sends replies through the reply button that Android shows in a chat app's notification. Those apps can change how their notifications work at any time, which may stop the app from working. Their providers may also limit or ban accounts that they consider to be misusing automation. You accept this risk.
To use AI replies, you add your own Google Gemini API key. You are responsible for that key, for following Google's terms for it, and for any charges, quotas or rate limits that come with it. We do not pay for, monitor or control your use of Google's services.
The app may include limits, for example on how often it replies to the same person or how many replies it sends in a period. These are safeguards to reduce mistakes and misuse. They are not a guarantee that your account will not be limited by a chat app, or that your Gemini costs will stay within any amount.
We do not guarantee that the app will detect every message or that every reply will be sent, delivered or sent on time. Android battery settings, missing permissions, chat app updates, network problems and limits can all stop replies. Do not rely on the app for urgent or critical messages.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from messages the app sent or failed to send, from AI replies, from action taken against your chat account, or from charges on your API key. The limitation of liability in our company Terms of Service also applies.

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date. If you keep using the app after a change, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in West Bengal, India, have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have where you live.
